With the goal of paving the way for a more diverse, equal, and harmonious workplace, social entrepreneur Rachna Saksena founded the hybrid (non-profit and profit) organisation, Vishaka, in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is a hybrid organisation where advocacy is done on a non-profit basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through building the skyway, with a strong focus on fostering positive change, Vishaka aims to address diversity-related issues and challenges through its innovative programs and initiatives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
